In the main event, former UFC
lightweight champion Charles Oliveira takes on Mateusz Gamrot, who steps in as a replacement for an injured Rafael Fiziev. Both fighters can weigh no more than the non-title limit of 156 pounds.
Oliveira is currently No. 4 at 155 pounds in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings, with Gamrot sitting at No. 9. On the MMA Fighting Pound-For-Pound list, Oliveira is No. 19.
In the co-main event, former UFC flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo meets Montel Jackson in a bantamweight bout. Both fighters can weigh no more than the non-title limit of 136 pounds.
The UFC Rio official weigh-ins are expected to begin at 8 a.m. ET / 5 a.m. PT.
