Rolly Romero (17-2, 13 knockouts) is the WBA welterweight champion and has won three of his past five fights. Romero defeated Ryan Garcia in his last

outing last May in Times Square.

Teofimo Lopez (22-2, 13 knockouts) had a six-fight win streak snapped in his most recent outing against Shakur Stevenson. Stevenson beat Lopez via unanimous decision this past January.
