The New York Giants remain 2.5-point underdogs to the Dallas Cowboys in Sunday’s season-opening game, per FanDuel SportsBook. Those odds are the same as when we first posted them a week ago.
The Giants have been off since Wednesday, a stretch that included a Collective Bargaining Agreement-mandated three-day break, as well as an additional day granted by head coach John Harbaugh.
The team returns to practice on Monday. There will be no media access until Wednesday.
The status of Giants’ wide receiver
Malik Nabers will be a big story this week. Nabers, coming back from a torn ACL, has practiced all summer. His status for Sunday, though, is uncertain. Expect him to be listed as a limited practice participant when the Giants have to turn in their first injury report on Wednesday.
The Giants will be looking to break a string of three consecutive seasons with 0-2 starts.
