The countdown is on for ROH Supercard of Honor on Friday night (May 15, 2026) from Salisbury, Maryland. An AEW national title defense from Mark Davis, a Pure title defense from Lee Moriarty, a TV title defense from AR Fox, and more were added to the PPV lineup.
The updated card for ROH Supercard of Honor includes:

- ROH World Championship: Bandido (c) vs. Blake Christian
- ROH Pure Championship: Lee Moriarty (c) vs. Ace Austin
- ROH Women’s Pure Championship: Deonna Purrazzo (c) vs. Diamante
- ROH World Television Championship: AR Fox (c) vs. Lio Rush

Athena enters Survival of the Fittest as Forever Champ, and I don’t see her reign ending anytime soon. That hasn’t stopped ROH from trying to produce drama among the competitors. They are
going back to the well of the mentor storyline with Billie Starkz. During the latest episode of ROH TV, Starkz was in control of a six-woman tag team bout to land a swan dive. Athena gave a light tap to tag herself in and steal the pin from her teammate. Starkz let off steam backstage, so Athena put the minion back in her place. Athena demanded that Starkz turn that anger into gratitude. She is tired of Billie’s temper tantrums. Without Athena’s tutelage, Starkz would be nothing. Athena aggressively hugged Billie to threaten her to follow the plan.
Survival of the Fittest is a free-for-all, and this scene sets the stage for potential betrayal. Athena screwing Billie would be par for the course. Billie actually screwing Athena for an elimination would be a long time coming in this storyline.
Due to an injury on Persephone, a replacement qualifier bout for Survival of the Fittest was arranged on ROH TV. Zayda Steel prevailed over Hyan via rolling facebuster. There was a funny moment when Steel applied a straitjacket submission. Hyan couldn’t use her arms to reach the ropes, so she inched over and grabbed the ropes with her teeth for the break.
Over in the men’s division, Blake Christian finally gets a one-on-one shot at Bandido for the ROH World Championship. Christian is backed by Jay Lethal and Lee Johnson as a heel trio.
Nigel McGuinness and Josh Woods battle in a Pure rules contest to position themselves for another crack at Lee Moriarty. Meanwhile, the Pure champ is staying busy against Ace Austin. They’ve known each other for years on the indies, and now it is time for Ace to enter Lee’s world. I don’t view Ace as a Pure wrestler, so I’m curious what skills he can bring to the table in that regard. Ace cut an interesting promo to hype his chances at victory. He’s racked up losses on Dynamite, but they’ve been to excellent competition such as Will Ospreay. Ace views this as iron sharpening iron to learn valuable lessons for improvement. It’s only a matter of time until he wins gold.
In the women’s Pure division, Diamante is targeting champion Deonna Purrazzo as an offshoot to the Virtuosa’s feud with Athena. Diamante ambushed Purrazzo and cranked the Fujiwara armbar as a statement of disrespect. The armbar is Purrazzo’s bread and butter submission finisher.
AR Fox stunned Nick Wayne to win the men’s TV title. Lio Rush called next in his peculiar Blackheart character. For the women, Red Velvet respects Viva Van, but Lil Cupcake will show why she is the best women’s TV champ of all-time.
Mark Davis won the AEW National Championship from Jack Perry, and the Aussie’s first title defense will come against CMLL luchador Xelhua. There is precedent for the national title in ROH. Ricochet also had his first defense on ROH PPV as the inaugural national champion. This matchup should be an interesting clash of power versus technique.
As always with a Tony Khan production, more matches could be coming to Supercard of Honor. ROH tag team champions Sammy Guevara & Beast Mortos and ROH six-man champions Shane Taylor & The Infantry have not been booked for the PPV. Mark Briscoe returned from injury, and it makes all the sense for him to appear at this event close to home.
ROH Supercard of Honor will be streamed through the Honor Club subscription.
