Congratulations to Chelsea Gray, the 2026 Unrivaled Most Valuable Player.
Already named to First Team All-Unrivaled, Gray’s MVP win shouldn’t be a surprise.
This season, the scariest situation in Unrivaled, at least for opponents, was Gray with the ball in her hands and the game in the balance. A masterful offensive manipulator, Gray turned sure losses into thrilling wins thanks to her clutch heroics. Being the very best when the game is on the line? That’s the epitome of value.
Gray, almost singularly,
steered Rose to a 3-0 start to the season. On opening day, she dropped 35 points, making five 3s while dishing eight assists, in a 20-point win. Then, she capped a 23-point performance by draining back-to-back 3s to clinch an comeback win. Next, she scored 37 points in another down-to-the-wire win.
For the season, she averaged over 24 points and more than six assists per game, and was responsible for four game winners.
Although Rose struggled to win consistently over the latter stretch the season and experienced an early playoff exit, Gray’s imprint was all over everything Rose achieved, and in the middle of it all, she was Crowned the One, winning the 1-on-1 Tournament.
And even if Rose will not repeat as champions, it’s hard to argue that Gray didn’t own the 2026 Unrivaled season.
Her accomplishments, including the MVP, have been added to an overall resume that quietly has become one of the best in women’s basketball history. Gray’s trophy case now includes:
- 4x WNBA champion
- 1x WNBA Finals MVP
- 6x WNBA All-Star
- 1x All-WNBA First Team
- 2x All-WNBA Second Team
- 1x WNBA Commissioner’s Cup champion
- 1x WNBA Commissioner’s Cup MVP
- 1x Unrivaled champion
- 1x Unrivaled Finals MVP
- 2x First-Team All-Unrivaled
- 1x Unrivaled 1-on-1 Tournament champion
- 1x Unrivaled MVP
The bigger the moment, the better she is. That’s why Chelsea Gray is your 2026 Unrivaled MVP.
