Ferran Torres opened the scoring for Spain against Iraq on Thursday night in a 1-1 friendly draw ahead of World Cup 2026.
The goal was Torres’ 24th for Spain and puts him into the Top 10 list of all-time goalscorers for La Roja as he has now surpassed both Sergio Ramos and Alfredo Di Stefano.
Torres is also now level on goals with Real Sociedad’s Mikel Oyarzabal who is also in the squad for World Cup 2026.
