In their first trade since the Maxx Crosby trade with fiasco with the Las Vegas Raiders, the Baltimore Ravens took a new approach.
According to ESPN, the Ravens quietly sent some team doctors to Philadelphia to give a physical to offensive lineman Cam Jurgens before agreeing to the trade with the Eagles last week.
Of course, that wasn’t the case when the Raiders and the Ravens agreed to a Crosby trade for two first-round picks. The deal was agreed upon n a Friday night. Crosby flew to Baltimore on Tuesday and the Ravens failed him on their physical. Because the trade wasn’t going to be official until the next day because the start of the new league year, the deal was nixed.
