Real American Freestyle (RAF) is back in action on May 30 at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas.
Olympic gold medalist Gable Steveson will make his RAF debut against PFL fighter and accomplished freestyle wrestler Alexandr “King Kong” Romanov. In the RAF09 co-main event, UFC welterweight veteran Colby Covington collides with former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman in the “All American’s” RAF debut.

big-time sports,” said Chad Bronstein, CEO and Co-Founder of Real American Freestyle. “The momentum behind this league continues to build, and we’re delivering matchups you simply can’t get anywhere else. Dallas is going to feel that on May 30.”
Covington is coming off a victory over Dillon Danis at RAF07.
Next on the docket is RAF08 on April 18 inside Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, featuring Merab Dvalishvili vs. Henry Cejudo and Arman Tsarukyan vs. Urijah Faber. What started as an outlet for amateur wrestlers has quickly turned into a showcase for bored UFC fighters looking to stay busy.
