The Las Vegas Raiders appear to be improved and are poised to make a jump from the team that went 3-14 and had the No. 1 overall pick.
Yet, the oddsmakers aren’t overly convinced Las Vegas is ready to make a big leap in terms of winning games. In the opening lines for all 17 games, the Raiders are favored in just three games and are placed as underdogs in 14 games.
