Cleveland Browns Training Camp Recap: Day 4 – Red zone drills, TDs, and INTs (Chris Pokorny) – “Day 4 of Cleveland Browns training camp took place on Saturday, August 1. Both quarterbacks competing to start spoke to the media before practice.”

Ricky Pearsall waiting to have surgery on PCL wasn’t avoidance; it was medically sound (Niners Nation) – “Ricky Pearsall is currently out of the San Francisco 49ers’ training camp with a PCL injury, and initial reports say he might be out for much longer than that. While it did give us the return of Deebo Samuel to fill the wide receiver spot in an extended Pearsall absence, it’s rather concerning for Pearsall, a player who had little issue in college dealing with injuries, getting another season derailed due to an injury.”
Buffalo Bills injuries: S C.J. Gardner-Johnson carted to locker room during training camp (Buffalo Rumblings) – “Buffalo Bills safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson was injured during on Saturday, August 1 during the team’s training camp practice at St. John Fisher University. An initial observation by News 4 Buffalo reporter Carl Jones stated that “Gardner-Johnson went down during team period holding his lower leg area” before being helped off the field by trainers.”
