Lamine Yamal has been enjoying himself at Real Madrid’s expense after seeing Barcelona beat Los Blancos 2-0 in El Clasico and win La Liga at the same time.
The teenager fired back at Jude Bellingham in the aftermath of the victory, posting “talk is cheap” on social media in response to the Englishman’s message after October’s Clasico.
Yamal has now gone further on his Instagram page with his choice of images from Barcelona’s open-top bus parade through the city’s streets on Monday.
The teenager first
photo shows him proudly posing with a Barca shirt that bears the message: “Thank God I’m not Madridista.”
Yamal spoke to the club’s media during the victory parade and was thrilled to see so many fans out on the streets to celebrate with the team.
“It’s incredible. They fans are always with us, on the important days and also on the less important ones. This is the club of our lives. We’ll always be here for them,” he said.
“We love them. We have to value every title and every year that we win because it’s not easy. We’ve gone through some very difficult years, but now we’re enjoying ourselves a lot.
“You think it’s a Monday, people in Barcelona have work, but they’re still here with us. A Champions League parade? Definitely yes. My parents taught me that a man always keeps his word… and we’ll bring it back to Barcelona.”
Barcelona are due to return to action on Wednesday. Hansi Flick’s side still have three games left to play, starting with a trip to Alaves.
