The Las Vegas Raiders have played nine games during the 2025 season and have scored more than 20 points three times, and just once in their last five tries. Additionally, with the 10-7 loss to the Denver
Broncos on Thursday Night Football , the Raiders have been held to single digits four times. What’s even more frustrating is that Las Vegas’ offense was coming off its performance of the season, putting up 29 points against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
As a result, offensive coordinator Chip Kelly is taking plenty of heat from the fanbase with their reactions to Thursday night’s abysmal performance, and deservedly so.
Just five days ago, star tight end Brock Bowers had the best game of his career and a dominant performance for a tight end. However, it was almost like Kelly forgot Bowers existed in Denver. The Pro Bowler had just one catch—that went for 31 yards, mind you—and received three targets all night. Meanwhile, 33-year-old Tyler Lockett, who was signed less than two weeks ago, led the team with six targets, five catches and 44 yards.
Beyond the passing game, the Raiders’ offense was terrible and averaged just 3.2 yards per play. So, it makes sense why Raider Nation isn’t happy with Kelly, as the internet reacts to yet another loss.
You don’t want to get on former Raiders offensive lineman Richie Incognito’s bad side, and he shared some thoughts on the Silver and Black’s offense.
Mark Davis can’t be happy that he’s not getting a return on his investment.
On another note, the Broncos were pretty bad, too, and the video below sums up watching this game pretty well.
How much more can Pete Carroll take? Then again, this is the staff and roster he put together.
Tom McMahon is another coach who should be on the hot seat. Las Vegas had another blocked punt and continues to get penalties on special teams.
