FC Bayern Munich
There are nine players from on loan from the first team.
Germany – Bundesliga
There are four players on loan to the German Bundesliga: Alexander Nübel, Arijon Ibrahimović, Daniel Peretz, and Armindo Sieb.
Alexander Nübel – VfB Stuttgart
Nübel returned from international duty to a top Bundesliga matchup, away to Dortmund. He allowed two goals in the first half — one from the spot — and Stuttgart went into the break down 2-0. Deniz Undav had a great second half leveling the match with two goals before Dortmund took back the lead in the 89th. Just moments later Undav finished a second half hattrick with a stoppage time equalizer. Nübel recorded three saves to keep his team in a position to get the 3-3 draw on the road.
Stuttgart will travel to the Netherlands to take on Go Ahead Eagles in the Europa League on Thursday. They will return home to host HSV on Sunday.
Arijon Ibrahimović – 1. FC Heidenheim
Heidenheim hosted Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday and Ibrahimović started on the right wing. He had one shot attempt from the top of the box, but it was blocked before at the penalty spot. He was also able to create three chances for his teammates to shoot, but none of them turned into a goal. Ibrahimović was subbed out in the 68th minute with Heidenheim down 2-0. They allowed one more goal and fell 3-0 at home.
Heidenheim will travel to the German capital to face Union Berlin on Saturday.
Daniel Peretz – Hamburger SV
Peretz was on the bench as the second keeper for HSV for their 1-0 loss away to Augsburg.
HSV will travel to face Nübel and Stuttgart on Sunday.
Armindo Sieb – 1. FSV Mainz 05
Sieb was on the bench for Mainz’ 1-1 draw at home against Hoffenheim but did not make it onto the pitch.
Mainz will travel to Romania to face Universitatea Craiova in the Conference League on Thursday. They return to Germany with a trip to SC Freiburg on Sunday.
England – Premier League
There are two player on loan to the English Premier League: João Palhinha and Jonah Kusi-Asare.
João Palhinha – Tottenham
Palhinha started and played the full 90 minutes against their bitter rivals Arsenal. It was a long 90 minutes for Spurs, but Palhinha might have been the only bright spot on the team. He did not have a shot attempt and only created one chance for his teammates to shoot, but that chance turned into the assist on Spurs’ loan goal. He also helped in defense from his central midfield position, recording three clearances and three recoveries. Despite his efforts, Spurs fell 4-1 on the road.
Tottenham travel to France to take on PSG in the Champions League on Wednesday before hosting Kusi-Asare’s Fulham in another London derby on Saturday.
Jonah Kusi-Asare – Fulham
Kusi-Asare was on the bench for Fulham’s 1-0 home win against Sunderland but did not make it onto the pitch.
Fulham will travel to North London to face Spurs on Saturday.
Spain – La Liga
Bryan Zaragoza is the only player on loan to Spain’s La Liga.
Bryan Zaragoza – Celta Vigo
Zaragoza started for Celta Vigo on the road to Deportivo Alaves. He did not have a shot attempt but created one chance for his teammates to shoot. He also dropped back and played four passes into the final third. Other than that Zaragoza did not contribute much — nor did he need to. He was subbed out in the 83rd minute with his team up 1-0 from a second half penalty. Celta Vigo held onto the narrow lead on the road to secure the 1-0 win.
Celta Vigo will travel to Bulgaria to face Ludogorets in the Conference League on Thursday. They return home for a league match against Espanyol on Sunday.
Switzerland – Super League
Lovro Zvonarek is the only player on loan from the first team to the Swiss Super League.
Lovro Zvonarek – Grasshopper
Zvonarek started and played the full 90 minutes for Grasshopper against an FC Basel side that included former Bayern man, Xherdan Shaqiri. Zvonarek had four shots — one on goal, one blocked, and two that missed the target. He also created two chances for his teammates to shoot. The match was level 1-1 at halftime leading to a crazy scoreless second half. Basel received a second yellow ejection in the 65th minute, before Grasshopper did the same in the 74th. Grasshopper received a second ejection in the 90th minute and had to play stoppage time ten against nine. They held onto the 1-1 draw to earn a point at home.
Grasshopper will host FC Zürich on Saturday.
Germany – 2. Bundesliga
There are two players from the first team on loan to the 2. Bundesliga: Maurice Krattenmacher and Tarek Buchman.
Maurice Krattenmacher – Hertha BSC
Krattenmacher began the match on the bench as Hertha hosted Eintracht Braunschweig. He entered the match in the 69th minute with his team up 1-0. He had one shot attempt on goal from way outside the box, but it was saved. He helped his team secure the win at home — their fifth in a row as they are quietly sneaking up the 2. Bundesliga table.

Aseko started and played a busy 68 minutes Hannover on the road to Paderborn. He assisted a goal in the 36th minute to help put his team up 2-0 before halftime. He also had three shots — one on goal and two that missed the target — and received a yellow card in the 57th minute for a bad foul. He was subbed off in the 68th minute with his team up 2-0 still, which Hannover held onto for a road win.

Hennig started and played the full 90 minutes against SV Ried. He opened the match by getting forward and earning a penalty, which his teammate stepped up and buried to open the scoring in the 22nd minute. He did not have a shot attempt but created one shot for his teammates to shoot. He contributed more on defense with six clearances and two recoveries to help his team keep a shutout at home. A second half goal led to a 2-0 win.

Edna Imade is the only player on loan to Spain’s Primera División Femenina.
Edna Imade – Real Sociedad
Imade started on the bench for Sociedad’s home match against Alhama CF. She entered the match in the 59th minute, just moments after Alhama scored to make it a slim 2-1 for Sociedad. Just four minutes later, she stepped up to the penalty spot and buried her only shot into the back of the net. She also created a chance for his teammates to shoot. She helped her team secure the 3-1 win.

Ana Guzmán – SE Palmerias
Palmerias faced Ferroviaria twice this week. Guzmán was on the bench — but did not make it into the match — for the Brazilian Cup final. Palmerias and Guzmán lifted the trophy after a 4-2 win. Guzmán started in the league playoff match and played the first half. She had one shot — which was blocked — and created one chance for her teammates to shoot. She also helped keep a shutout with one interception, two clearances, and one recovery. The match was scoreless at halftime, but her teammates went on to win 2-0.
Palmerias will host Ferroviaria in the second leg of the league semi-finals after the international break.
