NCAA Division I wrestler turned YouTube personality Georgio Poullas, perhaps best known to combat sports fans as the guy who got worked by UFC lightweight Arman Tsarukyan under the RAF banner, was arrested for felony aggravated battery after a bachelor party altercation turned violent last weekend in Delray Beach, Florida.
Georgio’s brother, Nicholas Poullas, was also arrested on a charge of simple battery, according to a report from Boca Daily News.
The Poullas brothers are accused of harassing the bride-to-be,
which prompted an intervention from the future groom and his brother. Words were exchanged, then fists were exchanged, and the groom was pummeled by Nicholas in a beatdown that was akin to getting “curb stomped,” based on the police report.
Georgio allegedly slammed the groom’s brother through a glass table, resulting in multiple lacerations.
The Poullas brothers fled the scene once police arrived but K-9 units eventually found them hiding in the bushes. Georgio was taken to Palm Beach County Jail following his arrest and later released on $1,500 bail. His social media channels remain active but do not mention his recent arrest.
RAF has yet to comment on the incident.
