Harry Kane’s worth to Bayern Munich was never in doubt. The Englishman makes up the majority of Bayern’s offensive output, and he still wants to operate at the highest level despite being on the wrong side of 30.
“I want to be at the best level for as long as possible, and obviously being at Bayern, I know I’m going to be challenging for titles every year, challenging for the Champions League,” Kane said (via TNT Sports as captured by X account @iMiaSanMia). “I still have things I want to win at club
level; I want to win at international level. It’s just about trying to use this moment now for as long as possible.”
Kane is 33, an age considered to be in the twilight of a footballing career. The former Tottenham Hotspur striker disproved that by outperforming his peers in the 2025/26 season. Kane will only get better this season, and hopefully many more years to come.
