The Baltimore Ravens are dealing with at least one significant absence on Sunday with star wide receiver Zay Flowers sidelined by a hamstring injury. He was officially ruled out on Saturday after initially being listed as doubtful for the Week 2 matchup.
Left tackle Ronnie Stanley and left guard John Simpson are also questionable. Outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson was given the same designation on Friday but is expected to play, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The 31-year-old “broke his finger in multiple
pieces” but will play through the issue with a cast on his hand.
Hendrickson’s last documented hand injury was a broken right wrist in 2022 that sidelined him for just one game. He returned with following week with a brace with virtually no drop-off in his play.
The Ravens will be hoping for similar results on Sunday. Hendrickson dominated Colts left tackle Bernhard Raimann in Week 1 and will now face off against Kelvin Banks Jr., the Saints’ No. 9 pick in the 2025 draft who had a strong rookie year but committed 12 penalties.
