Portland Trail Blazers guard Shaedon Sharpe has been upgraded to doubtful to play against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday as he continues to recover from a left fibula stress reaction, the organization announced.
Sharpe has missed 27 straight games, with his last appearance coming against the Memphis Grizzlies on Feb. 6. He was diagnosed with the stress reaction on Feb. 24. In that update, the Blazers said Sharpe would be re-evaluated in approximately 4-6 weeks before beginning a progressive return
to full basketball activity.
Additionally, the Blazers announced forward Vit Krejci has also been upgraded to doubtful to play in San Antonio as he continues to recover from a left calf contusion. Krejci has missed 11 straight games, with his last appearance coming on March 15 against Philadelphia.

On San Antonio’s side, superstar center Victor Wembanyama and starting guard Stephon Castle have both been listed as doubtful to play against the Blazers due to a left rib contusion and right knee soreness, respectively.
The Blazers are scheduled to tip off against the Spurs in San Antonio on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Pacific.
