ENOUGH OF “MR NICE GUY”
Over the past 2+ years, we’ve lost to much on the pitch that now, when i see our players looking as nonchalant as possible. It irritates me more than their inability to follow coaching tactics. Enough of the dapping ups and constant jersey swaps with our enemies, that hate us, after every game. We lose and instead of a deep reflection with a plot for a vigorous comeback,
our players just go on shaking hands with each other and the enemy that cost them valuable points. Or when we win in the usual unconvincing fashion, where we manage to convert only 2 out of the 100 chances we had to put the game away early, or we struggled to string 5 passes together before the 1st goal. Then the players carry on like it means nothing. I don’t want to see anybody’s signature celebration after a goal, until we’ve gone 6+ months on the trot, playing very serious ball.
MAKE REAL MADRID HATE AGAIN
Every perennial and defending champion, must have a bit of hatred in them for losing, for stagnation and for delay. We can’t be taken serious when we win in unconvincing fashion and visibly look okay with it, or when we lose and still look okay with it. Outside of Arda, alot of our players are no longer evolving in their football. Maybe because everything has come to them fast and early. So they see no need to get better and remain stagnated in their individual development. In a time when glory is severely lacking, A perennial winner must make a promise to himself, first, and then to those he represents. Vowing to do everything in their power to bring back joy, glory and honor once again to his domain. These lot can’t promise you anything other than some aura farming IG highlight reel. YAAWWNNN!! there’s a psychology behind it. We’re just too nice and soft. The defiant hatred that used to affect the national team, needs to come back. Especially now that LDF is, IMO, compromised against us and has been moving weird with his national team selections.
THE PERFECT BALL IS 100 POINTS
Look at the 2011-12 team, they won the most perfect La Liga in our club’s history and were the first in the league to do it. 100 points. No other team/manager in our club’s history has ever been able to do that before or after. Since the refereeing in Spain is pure BS and they only seem to acknowledge errors after the match is finished. I don’t think people understand that we have no choice but to play THE PERFECT BALL. The perfect pass, the perfectly timed run and the perfect tackle. Our legend defender, Pepe, once went 2 whole years without getting a single card. It’s the only way to overcome the damaged/ing football system in Spain. Mbappe can no longer afford anymore off-sides canceling out some of his best goals for us, and he’s had quite a few of them. VAR is very strict with the percentage of the body that is allowed to be ahead of the last defender. Sloppy passing and clueless attacking/defending and static midfield have to go, we can’t afford a third year of these same patterns playing out.
FRIENDS FC HAS TO DIE
Bring professionalism back to our club again. These young guys still don’t fully understand that they’re “PRO-Athletes”. And the “Pro” stands for Professional. Meaning that there is a certain standard that is required of you once that contract is signed. This is not Tennis and You’re already in a team, so no one is an island and you don’t have to worry about everyone being “together”. It’s called a sports team for a reason. So that settles that. Now, this buddy-buddy cartel that has proven to be a terrorist to order, respect and in game tactics execution. Needs to be entirely brought down with departures, regardless of if we win a trophy/s or not. Friends FC is partially but not entirely responsible for the 2+ years without a trophy and in the process, a disastrous managerial merry go round. Friends FC mustn’t die a natural death, it must receive the second death. The one the bible speaks of. Professionalism must come back to our club, where players take the job serious enough to ensure that no one has their names in their mouth for any reason other than a good one.
Lastly, and i know this may never happen, but let people that know football run football. We don’t need anyone from corporate on the 9th floor, deciding things that happen on the pitch.
It’s possible to win with the kind of board that we have, but it’s not possible to have sustained success with them. There will always be gaps.
