Late last week there was another important gathering for the Colorado Avalanche 30th anniversary celebration as members of the 2001 Stanley Cup team came together before the unfortunate blowout loss to the Philadelphia
Flyers. However, great memories were shared and can be seen in the video below.
Today, the puck drops on the Stadium Series game between the Boston Bruins and Tampa Bay Lightning at 4:30 p.m. MT on ESPN. It was a unique process to build an outdoor rink in the sunshine state, complete with a tent erected over the ice surface. Go behind the scenes to see how it was put together.
