Through seven innings, his seven strikeouts and one earned run on four hits powered the Mariners to a 6-1 victory over the Astros, and their third win in a row. They will go for the elusive “mop” of the Astros today (sweeping a four game series) as George Kirby takes the mound for the 1:10 PM start.
