What is the story about?

Well, things escalated for the Eagles in London.

Even though the Eagles already have a thin roster, they’ll be without linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr., who was ejected in the first 13 seconds of the game.

The Eagles kicked things off to start the game, and the Jaguars returned the kick 91 yards for a touchdown. Thankfully, offsetting penalties required a re-kick, but not before Jeremiah Trotter Jr. and Bryan Thomas Jr. were ejected for fighting at mid-field.

Fortunately, Zack Baun is back for the Eagles defense this week, after he missed last week’s game due to a concussion, so the team still has some depth at linebacker. Still, it’s not ideal for the team, or for Trotter, who had a really good game last week. DC Vic Fangio even said that the LB possibly earned some more playing time after he performance, but that was cut short on Sunday in London.
