Bayern Munich are reportedly “lining up” a move for Barcelona star Dani Olmo ahead of the January transfer window.
Sky Sports News are reporting the Bavarian side are thinking about going for Olmo in case Jamal Musiala or Michael Olise move on.
There word if that there is “growing interest” in the two players which has led Bayern to look for potential replacements and it seems Olmo is very much on the radar.
Olmo has enjoyed a good start to the season with Barca but isn’t guaranteed a starting spot. He’s been battling with Fermin Lopez for a place in the XI and has only started two La Liga games this season.
The Spain star has a contract with Barcelona until 2030 and there has been talk of a new and improved contract for the 28-year-old.
A winter move seems fairly unlikely, although it has been reported this week that Barcelona would only be able to buy players in the January window if they sell first.
