Bayern Munich loanees had another busy week, with some — like their parent club — playing multiple important matches. Sieb with Mainz is the last loanee left in European competition. Asp and Kusi-Asare both scored goals while a majority of loanees are in battles with their teams for promotion or relegation. Guzmán also played 90 minutes for Columbia in her most recent call up. See how everyone did this week as the season begins to wind down for most.
FC Bayern Munich

Germany – Bundesliga
There are three players from the first team on loan to the German Bundesliga: Alexander Nübel, Arijon Ibrahimović, and Armando Sieb.
Alexander Nübel – VfB Stuttgart
Nübel started in goal for Stuttgart as they took on Hamburg at home. He faced four shots on goal over the 90 minutes and saved them all and earned a shutout at home. His teammates in the attack scored four goals to run away with a 4-0 home win.
Stuttgart will travel to Munich to take on Bayern on Sunday.
Arijon Ibrahimović – 1. FC Heidenheim
Ibrahimović started on the bench for Heidenheim’s home match against Union Berlin. He entered the match in the 77th minute when his team was up 2-1. He did not have a shot attempt but created a chance for his teammates to shoot. He also contributed on defense with an interception and a recovery. Heidenheim added another goal shortly after Ibrahimović entered and they held on to the 3-1 win and snapped a 14 match winless streak.
Heidenheim will travel to face Freiburg on Sunday.
Armindo Sieb – 1. FSV Mainz 05
Sieb started on the bench for Mainz as they took on Strasbourg in the first leg of the Conference League quarterfinal and came into the match in the 69th minute. He watched Mainz score two goals in the first 19 minutes and held that lead until Sieb came in. He only had ten touches but was pretty productive with them. He had three shots — one on target and two off. Two of his chances went down as big chances missed. Despite not being able to add to the lead, Mainz held on to the 2-0 win.
Sieb also came off the bench on Sunday at home against Freiburg — this time in the 74th minute with his team down 1-0. He had one shot — off target — and completed all seven of his pass attempts. Sieb nor Mainz were able to find an equalizer and they fell 1-0 at home.
Mainz will take the 2-0 lead into the second leg against Strasbourg on Thursday. They will also travel to face Mönchengladbach on Sunday.
England – Premier League
There are two players on loan to the English Premier League: João Palhinha and Jonah Kusi-Asare.
João Palhinha – Tottenham
Palhinha was on the bench for Tottenham’s pivotal match away to Sunderland. He came onto the pitch in the 62nd minute just after the home team went up 1-0. He did not have a shot attempt nor a chance created but completed 86% of his passes. He helped on defense with one tackle, one clearance, and two recoveries. He was able to keep Sunderland from scoring anymore, but Spurs were unable to find an equalizer. they fell 1-0 and find themselves in the relegation zone.
Tottenham host Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.
Jonah Kusi-Asare – Fulham
Kusi-Asare started for Fulham U21 against Chelsea U21 at home in Premier League 2. He scored a goal in the 68th minute to put his team up 2-1. He had four shots on the day — one goal, one off target, and tow blocked. He was subbed off shortly after his goal, in the 76th minute. His goal held up as the winning goal as Fulham won 2-1 at home.
There are currently no matches scheduled for Fulham U21. Fulham’s senior team will travel to face Brentford on Saturday.
England – Championship
Daniel Peretz is the only player on loan to England’s Championship.
Daniel Peretz – Southampton
Southampton traveled to Wales to face Wrexham on Tuesday, who at kickoff were one point ahead of them in the battle for promotion. Peretz started in goal and saved just one shot on goal and let in another. Luckily for him, his teammates had his back and put five past the hosts. They cruised to a win and jumped into the top six.
On Saturday, Peretz was in goal again at home for Southampton against Derby County. He made two early saves but allowed one to go down 1-0 at halftime. He only needed to make one more save in the second half to keep his team in the match. His teammates scored two goals to win it for them 2-1 at home and move them up one more place to fifth.
Southampton will face Blackburn Rovers at home on Tuesday and then travel to Wales again to face Swansea on Saturday.
Italy – Serie A
Bryan Zaragoza is the only player on loan to Serie A.
Bryan Zaragoza – AS Roma
Zaragoza was on the bench for Roma’s 3-0 win at home against Pisa but did not make it onto the pitch.
Roma will host Roma on Saturday.
Türkiye – Super Lig
Sacha Boey is the only player on loan to the Turkish Super Lig.
Sacha Boey – Galatasaray
Boey started for Galatasaray away to Göztepe and played the full 90 minutes. He completed 86% of his passes but did not have a shot attempt or a chance created for his teammates to shoot. He contributed the most on defense with four tackles, a blocked shot, four clearances, and eight recoveries. He also won eight ground duals and only lost one aerial dual he went in on. This helped Galatasaray win 3-1 away.
Boey started at home for Galatasaray against Kocaelispor. He had a similar match to what he did on Wednesday but did not make it through the full match. He completed 87% of his passes and did not attempt a shot. He helped on defense with three tackles, four clearances, an interception, and four recoveries. Boey helped Galatasaray hold the guests to a shutout while he was on the pitch, but he was subbed off in the 67th minute. Moments later the hosts conceded a goal and could not find one of their own. The match ended in a 1-1 home draw.
Galatasaray will travel to face Gençlerbirliği on Saturday.

Hannover scored two goals and won 2-0 away.

Ana Guzmán is the only player on loan to Brazil’s Brasileirão Feminino.
Ana Guzmán – SE Palmerias
Palmerias was in the US for two friendlies — a 1-0 win against Club America and a 6-1 loss against the hosts KC Current.
Guzmán was not with the team as she was called into the Columbia national team. She started and played the full 90 minutes against Venezuela in the CONMEBOL Nations League. Although Columbia conceded first, Guzmán helped keep Columbia a shutout for the last 80 minutes. Columbia found two more goals and won 2-1.
Columbia will host Chile on Tuesday and travel to Argentina for two more Nations League matches.
