CANWNT’s Sydney Collins signs contract extension through 2027 with Bay FC

After Bay FC acquired Sydney Collins from NC Courage in a trade

last week, the Canadian international has now signed an extension through 2027 with a team option for 2028. She was available off the bench for last week’s match at Oracle Park, where “The Show” shattered the NWSL and women’s professional league match attendance with 40,091 fans.

Collins is back in the Bay Area where she spent her college career at Cal, playing four seasons with the Golden Bears.

She was selected eighth overall in the

first round of the 2023 NWSL Draft by NC Courage.
