The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed rookie defensive back Ahmari Harvey, the team announced Thursday. He signed with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia Tech, but was released.
Harvey appeared in 43 games with the Yellow Jackets from 2022-25. His best season came in 2023, picking off three passes. In his collegiate career, he totaled four interceptions, 121 tackles, and 12 passes defended.
In correspondence with the move, the Steelers released defensive end K.J. Henry.
Harvey
joins a very stacked Steelers secondary ahead of training camp that will have some tough decisions to make once we reach the final cuts stage of the preseason.
