Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) is holding a special press conference today (Weds., April 15, 2026) LIVE at 6 p.m. ET from inside Palladium Times Square in New York City. Today’s media festivities are being held in advance of the “Rousey vs. Carano” mixed martial arts (MMA) event scheduled for May 16 in Los Angeles.
Here’s today’s full press conference lineup:

The presser will be hosted by MMA personality Ariel Helwani.
“We’re putting a lot of fire power, star power, distribution to the event,” Bidarian told Sports Business Journal about the future of MVP MMA. “If it works, and I’m very confident it will work, yes — MVP will be involved in MMA over the long term. May 16 will be tell-tale in terms of what’s possible. I’m confident that we will have one of the, if not the most viewed, MMA event in history.”
That’s a pretty tall order.
“We look forward to sitting down with Netflix or other distributors and seeing what the MMA strategy is for us going forward,” Bidarian continued. “But we’ve had no shortage of interested athletes reaching out to us to be involved. This to me is a crossover mainstream event. And for us to be able to add the caliber of star power, plus true top-tier current contenders … it’s a great card that we’re proud of and we think we’ll be very successful.”
