The Florida State Seminoles got more good news on the recruiting trail today, as a longtime priority target announced his commitment to FSU. Welcome to #Tribe27, Sean Green!
Green is a 5’10, 160 pound receiver who plays for Camden County in Kingsland, Georgia. He has long been atop Tim Harris’ wide receiver target board and took his official visit earlier in June. The Seminoles were able to beat out fellow finalist Georgia as well as Georgia Tech, Kentucky,
Virginia, and Pitt for Green.
Green sports a 4.1 GPA and was named to the Georgia 6A All-Region First Team on offense in 2025. Over two seasons, Green has tallied 89 catches for 1,153 yards (13 YPC) and 14 touchdowns. His speed and shiftiness set him apart and he can factor into special teams as well.
This is a big win for Tim Harris, as Georgia was pushing for Green and UVA also tried a strong offer. Now the Seminoles need to hold on, because AS WE ALL KNOW, verbal commitments don’t mean as much now.
