The 2025/26 version of Bayern Munich is one that the veteran says is perfectly aligned, understanding of their roles, communicating, and just having fun in general.
Neuer has been on this kind of team before, so he knows exactly how the type of infectious environment head Vincent Kompany has cultivated can go a long way in helping a unit achieve success.
“Everyone can see that we’re having fun on the pitch and that we’re all
pulling together in the same direction. The desire is there and things are working. I’ve experienced this situation a few times in my time at Bayern,” Neuer said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Neuer’s experience in working with all different kinds of groups lets you know that he means what he says about this squad. Even on days like the 2-0 victory over RB Leipzig in DFB-Pokal where not everything is perfect, Neuer know this team has the right mentality and support to pull through the adversity.
