Jude Bellingham’s outstanding start to the season continues to earn praise, with Radio MARCA’s presenter on La Tribu, Raul Varela, arguing that the Real Madrid midfielder has established himself as the best player in La Liga.
Speaking on La Tribu, Varela highlighted the gap he currently sees between Bellingham and the rest of the league.
“This Madrid has the best player in the league by quite some distance over the next one. His first name is Jude and his last name is Bellingham.”
“The reality is that
the Brit continues to be in fantastic form, just as he was at the World Cup, where he was one of the best players for his national team and in the entire tournament.”
Beyond his individual performances, Varela highlighted Bellingham’s growing influence on the personality and intensity of Jose Mourinho’s team.
“He is exuberant, with personality, leadership, and command. He sets the tone for a team that is somewhat more committed when attacking and defending, and that wears down opponents who are going to find it enormously difficult to get the better of them.”
