Coming off one of the best games of his NFL career, defensive tackle Ed Oliver is apparently injured heading into Week 2 and was spotted requiring a walking boot to get around the Buffalo Bills’ facility on Thursday, per The Athletic’s Joe Buscaglia.

The Bills held a walkthrough practice session, and Oliver was a non-participant due to what the team is calling an ankle injury.
It is unclear when Oliver suffered the injury. Plus, we learn how cornerback Tre’Davious White was back on the practice field on Wednesday as he continues to make progress in his quest to return to the field after injuring his groin during the preseason.

Josh Allen claims another weekly award
After engineering a furious fourth-quarter comeback that saw the Bills rally from down 15 points with four minutes remaining, quarterback Josh Allen was honored as the AFC Offensive Player of the Week, the 15th time in his career he’s received the award.
