This week, I wasn’t too creative – and I won’t be when big games are coming up!
So naturally, the first question asked you to pick your winner vs. Michigan. I did however give you 5 or 6 options from which to choose when picking said winner. Are our fans confident or still suffering from PTSD and fully still in “show cause” mode?
The second one went a little farther out there and asked which thumbs up on Bud Crawford’s iconic victory Saturday night from three members of three different Big 10 enemy
fan bases was the most moving.

Husker fans are either finally confident or really drinking the Kool-Aid – only time will tell which – as 75% believe the Huskers will come out victorious in some form. Only 43% believe it will come down to the wire, but only 2% believe the Wolvies will win in close, ugly, heartbreaking fashion aka another 13-10 field goal at the gun.

See the full stories by clicking the link at the top, but I’m not kidding you. The Iowa grandmother who garnered 56% of the vote, while very nice, has no love lost for the Huskers – this was pretty heartfelt. (She did also feel obligated to tell me how horrible it was that Angel Reese got to say hi to Bud in his locker room, so, yes – this a very, very typical Iowa fan.)
Here’s a couple surveys from other sources just for both your entertainment and to incite a little red-ass before game day. You’re welcome.

Well, of course they do, the lousy homers.

There’s just no accounting for taste in this world – the answer is Nebraska vs. Michigan.
