The Arizona Cardinals are getting ready for their first home game of the year against division foe Seattle Seahawks this Sunday, September 20, with a 3:25 (Eastern) kickoff. A lot of time and work has been put into this year’s roster to bring forth a new offense.
The game, to be played at State Farm Stadium, has some new food items this year.

The stadium food and beverage menu guide has identified several new items available for home games throughout the
2026 season. This year, the Cardinals will play nine home games.
The kitchen’s creations are from Craft Culinary Concepts, which means the stadium’s food menu is available from chefs instead of just cooks. Whereas hot dogs, soft pretzels, cheeseburgers, and popcorn remain steady sellers, this menu will offer different dining experiences presented by Executive Chef Sean Kavanaugh.
Among these new creations are a variety of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
Something new for 2026:
Beef Birria Machete
This is a two-foot-long birria machete quesadilla, filled with savory beef birria. Whoever orders this will need larger plates and more napkins. This creation feeds four or five people. Available in Sections 210 and 240.
Chopped Cheese Machete Quesadilla
This is also pretty massive and is about two feet long. It is griddled ground beef with melted cheese inside an extra-large, elongated tortilla, then topped with adobo seasoning and diced onions. Again, it will serve several fans in one outing so come hungry. Available in Sections 210 and 240.
BBQ Brisket Burger
Part of the “Rivalry Items” for 2026. This brisket burger features homemade roasted garlic and Sriracha BBQ sauce and comes with jalapeno candy. Available in Sections 129, 235, and 420.
Sonoran Style Seattle Dog
Another “Rivalry Item,” debuting when the Seahawks are in town in Week 2. This is a fat all-beef hot dog wrapped in bacon, then topped with whipped cream cheese, griddled onions, roasted jalapeño sauce, and yellow mustard, all on a fresh brioche bun. Available in Sections 129, 235, and 420.
Milk Toast Sandwiches
This creation is an inspiration from Uptown Phoenix restaurant “Let’s Toast.” It’s made in Korean style with Japanese-style milk bread, which is soft and fluffy. Several different varieties are offered, including the trendy mozzarella grilled cheese, and are served with homemade kettle chips. This is an exclusive offering in the Club Level.
Chicken and Waffle Wings
These are crispy chicken wings tossed in a sweet maple-bourbon glaze and then coated in waffle dust. This is a fun take on the traditional “chicken and waffles” without the mess and the process of continually making waffles all game long. Available in Sections 107, 129, 247, 408, and 420.
Arizona Chiltepin Honey Hot Chicken Breast Sandwich
Chef Kavanaugh offers a fried chicken breast and tops it with sweet-and-spicy chiltepin chiles and hot honey, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ranch sauce, and presents it on a brioche bun. Available in Section 124 only.
Big Red Turkey Wrap
This item comes on a big red tortilla with shaved smoked turkey breast, grilled flank steak, slaw, a smashed cucumber salad, and a seed-based crunch. Available in Sections 103, 119, 125, 220, 406, 434, 437, 450, and 452.
Spicy Super Protein Salad
Not your typical salad. It starts with Little Gem lettuce, Chile Pequin grilled flank steak, hard-boiled egg, roasted vegetables, Ancho Chimichurri dressing, and a superfood crunch combination of chia seeds, pepitas, and toasted hemp seeds. Available in Sections 103, 125, 220, and 229.
Indian Frybread Dog
A different spin on the traditional hot dog. It begins with a Big City Reds hot dog, topped with chili, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, crema, roasted jalapeño sauce, and all topped with shredded cheese. Comes on a puffy, traditional Indian frybread. Available in Sections 107, 129, 235, 247, 408, and 420.
Walkin Taco-Fritos
Layered seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, street corn, and Tostitos Vegetarian Chile are spread over either Fritos or Nacho Cheese Flavored Doritos. Served right inside the snack-size chip bag. Available in Sections 126 and 434.
Soppressata Pizza
Comes on a crisp crust with thinly-sliced, crispy Soppressata dry-cured salami, classic marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese. Available in Sections 209, 240, and at Tarbell’s Pizza on the Club Level.
