Darren Till’s bare knuckle debut is just one week away.
“The Gorilla” will fight for the first time without gloves at the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) Birmingham event on Sat., May 30, 2026 inside Utilita Arena in Birmingham, UK. His opponent will be former Bellator slugger Aaron Chalmers, the reality television star “Joker” who once boxed Floyd Mayweather. That sounds like a softball debut for Till — who did fight for a world title, after all — but Till’s clearly taking the fight seriously.
Check out this recent photo of an absolutely shredded Till, as well as some clips from his training camp.
Till hasn’t looked this cut since his Welterweight days, in which Till nearly blinded himself cutting an absurd amount of water weight. After moving up to 185 pounds, Till was never in the same kind of physical shape, a change which could at least partially be attributed to his various struggles with injuries over the years.
Since leaving the UFC, Till has competed in boxing four times and won all four bouts. Most notably, he knocked out Luke Rockhold (watch here) to become the Misfits Boxing champion. Unfortunately, he struggled to find another opponent on the influencer scene, leading him to the BKFC signing.
Think we finally get Till vs. Mike Perry any time soon?
