The Buffalo Bills have been busy during the first two days of the team’s training camp at St. John Fisher University. Josh Allen and DJ Moore continue building chemistry at training camp
Among the biggest storylines and developments from the first two days at Bills training camp: It is evident that Josh Allen is enjoying having DJ Moore in the mix at wide receiver, and that the duo are continuing to build up both their relationship and their chemistry, with Moore making a few highlight-reel catches on both days of camp.
“I feel myself trying to be perfect when I’m throwing to him in some of the routes on air,” Allen said after the first day of camp. “And [on Wednesday] I walked up to him and said I’m just going to throw it. I’m going to pick a spot and let it go. I’m not trying to aim it anymore. And I feel like once I said that things kind of clicked for us. And each day that goes by, we are going to get more comfortable with each other.”
Additionally, rookie linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr has taken the reins of the defense at middle linebacker and is stating his case for claiming a starting role; rookie defensive tackle Zane Durant showcased his pass-rushing skills; Michael Hoecht looked like he was ready for action in his return to the practice field; rookie safety Jalen Kilgore broke up a few passes as he looks to break into a crowded safety room; and more!
