Adam Schefter is reporting that the Tennessee Titans have signed wide receiver K.J. Osborn to a 1-year deal:
Most of this free agency period, especially on offense, has been about raising the floor of the roster. This is another move that does that. Osborn played his first three seasons with the Vikings. He was a solid player for them, averaging 53 catches,
615 yards, and five touchdowns per season. He played for the New England Patriots in 2024. He only caught seven passes for 57 yards and one touchdown in New England. They cut him before the season was over.
Last year, he spent time on the Washington Commanders and Atlanta Falcons practice squads.
Osborn should be a long shot to make this roster. If the Titans aren’t able to end training camp with six receivers better than Osborn, it will be a major disappointment, but it doesn’t hurt to bring in a veteran guy who has had some success in the league.
