In an interview with Kerry Hau from Sky Germany (as captured by X account @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich star Luis Díaz is aware of how a club of Bayern’s stature should win the Champions League.
“Yes, of course. We’re aware that we’re a big club, we have a great team, and a big coaching staff,” Díaz said. “The goal would be to win every possible title, especially the Champions League. We had a great Champions League campaign last season. And this year, we’re going to try again.”
Bayern is one of the
favorites to win the Champions League this season and were one of the heavy favorites in the previous campaign, albeit losing to eventual champions Paris Saint-Germain. With a reinforced squad and key players either marking their return to form or carrying over their form from last season, the Bavarians have the tools to beat the best teams in Europe and capture the greatest prize in European football.
