The Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans represent the final game of the second week of the 2026 NFL preseason. Tennessee beat the San Francisco 49ers last week, while the Seahawks labored to a home loss against the Dallas Cowboys. Wins and losses don’t matter in preseason, but performances and health will be watched closely.
These sides had a joint practice on Friday, which unfortunately saw wide receiver Jake Bobo suffer a season-ending injury. While it’s unknown whether or not the Seahawks’ starters
will play on Sunday—given Mike Macdonald’s history, it’s unlikely—we do know that Robert Saleh’s starters on offense and defense will get a few game reps on Sunday. It’s going to be an interesting opportunity for Seattle’s second-stringers to show some improvement from last Saturday’s underwhelming showing. We’ll get to see the likes of Cam Ward, Wan’Dale Robinson, and Tony Pollard on offense, while big Jeffery Simmons anchors what should be an improved Titans defense.
This is a nationally televised game on FOX, so you don’t have to go sifting through your channel guide to see if you get the broadcast in your local region. Kickoff is at 5 pm PT from Nashville!
