It is the final week of the 2025 season for the Atlanta Braves and the Washington Nationals and it is the final home stand for the Braves who wrap-up the week by hosting the Pittsburgh Pirates.
The Braves have been on fire for the last week – sweeping the road trip for the first time all season – including four games against the Nationals in D.C. last week. It was too little, too late for Atlanta as they were officially eliminated from the playoffs despite their series sweep against the Detroit Tigers.
The match-up against the Nationals – and Pirates – will be a case of teams with nothing to play for other than draft lottery position which leaves little of interest for any of the three team’s fan bases. However, with Atlanta playing well and there being optimism about the 2026 incarnation of the Braves, it will be the final time to watch the team until Spring Training 2026 begins in five months.
Here are the start times for each of the upcoming games against the Nationals.
