The New England Patriots’ preseason and training camp are in the books. The goal was to find the best 53 players as well as those worthy of practice squad spots over the course of an intense five-week period.
Now, the Patriots have reached the end game: by 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, they will need to be below the NFL-mandated roster limit. Having entered the day with 76 players on the active team, this means that no less than 23 moves will take place.
