It’s been a back-and-forth affair to decide the Toronto Blue Jays’ opponent in the NLCS on Sunday. With the series back in Seattle, the Mariners and the Detroit Tigers square off one last time. Pitching
has been excellent for both sides at times while both lineups have taken turns putting up a crooked number in their winning games.
The Tigers will get Tarik Skubal back on the mound while the Mariners turn to George Kirby to keep the dream alive. The Tigers’ offense has had the power numbers in their favor, while the M’s have struggled to get consistency from the whole lineup; however, it’s still anyone’s game.
First pitch is scheduled for 6:08 pm MDT, and the game will be televised on FOX.
