The Cleveland Guardians are set to host the first two games of a best-of-five set in the American League Division Series this weekend, as they’ll face either the Chicago White Sox or Houston Astros after winning the AL Central for the third straight season and clinching the No. 2 overall seed.
MLB announced the game times for the first two games of all four Division Series, with the American League set to play on Saturday, October 3 and Monday, October 5th. After an off day on Tuesday, the Guardians
will travel to either Houston or Chicago for Game 3 on Wednesday, October 7 and a potential Game 4 on Thursday, October 7. If a decisive Game 5 is needed, it would be played in Cleveland on Saturday, October 10th.
The entire series will be televised on TBS and TruTV, and streaming on HBOMax. As of Wednesday, September 30, we have game times set for the first two games in Cleveland, with the game times for the final three games still listed as TBD for now. We will update this list as more information becomes available.
