Here’s a great match from day six of the aki basho. It’s Kirishima (my favorite) vs. Yoshinofuji.

Forests are my happy place. We’ve got a nice little one close to our building that I love to walk through. They recently made this cool foot bridge that descends into a meadow. I’ve spent a bit of time in Vancouver and that’s a great city/area for forests, too (and rain, love me some rain!)
GAME TIME
It’s talk like a pirate day. I’m actually from
a place in England where we talk with the ‘pirate accent’. It’s a am area called the Westcountry. It’s where Blackbeard, among others were from. The reason we use this accent for a pirate voice is because actors in old movies just started doing it, assuming it made sense because that’s where Blackbeard was from.
