When Travis Kelce walked off the Allegiant Stadium field after the final game of the 2025 season last January, many people thought that would be the end of his eventual Pro Football Hall of Fame career.
It was a fitting ending because Kelce has dominated against the Raiders over the years.
In the end, though, Kelce decided to come back for the 2026 season. And, bad news for the Raiders. He looks like vintage Kelce through three games. After showing sign of decline past couple of seasons, Kelce, who
turns 37 Monday, looks refreshed and he and Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes are performing at a high level together again.
Through three games, Kelce has 14 catches on 18 targets for 231 yards and two touchdowns for the 3-0 Chiefs.
Stopping Kelce will be crucial for the Raiders Sunday. And we all know Kelce loves playing against the Raiders and in Las Vegas. The Raiders beat the Chiefs in Las Vegas last season without Mahomes. It was the Chiefs’ first loss in Allegiant Stadium.
According to Statsmuse.com, Kelce has 133 receptions for 1,648 yards and 12 touchdowns in 24 games against the Raiders. Stopping Kelce from adding big numbers to his Raiders total will be a key to the game.
