Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will return to the pay-per-view (PPV) market this Sat. (Oct. 25, 2025) for the UFC 321: “Aspinall vs. Gane” mixed martial arts (MMA) event, booked for Etihad Arena
on “Fight Island” in Abu Dhabi. Unlike most international markets, the promotion will adjust its stateside PPV time for UAE.
But don’t worry, nothing is “permanent” in the fight game.
The UFC 321 preliminary card will kick things off LIVE at 10 a.m. ET on ESPN+ with the PPV main card — also streaming on ESPN+ — getting underway promptly at 2 p.m. ET. As a result, West Coast fight fans may have to set their alarms for 7 a.m. PT to catch the opening “Prelims” bout between Jaqueline Amorim and Mizuki Inoue.
UFC rarely budges from its 10 p.m. ET start time for live PPV events, which is a point of contention for combatants (and fight fans) who are forced to deal with “crazy” sleep schedules in overseas markets like Sydney and London. That’s probably why you never see a megastar like Conor McGregor anywhere but Las Vegas.
UFC 321 will be headlined by the heavyweight title fight pitting reigning 265-pound champion, Tom Aspinall, against two-time division title challenger, Ciryl Gane. UFC 321’s co-headlining attraction pits 115-pound rivals Mackenzie Dern and Virna Jandiroba in a five-round affair for the vacant strawweight strap.
