Some notes
- For the Chiefs, running back Isiah Pacheco (knee) did not participate for the third straight day. He has been declared out for Sunday’s game.
- Meanwhile, left tackle Josh Simmons put in his third straight day as a full participant. Even after missing four games (and three weeks of practice) for personal reasons, he will suit up in Denver.
- Wide receiver Xavier Worthy (ankle) was added to the report as a limited participant in Thursday’s practice. He joined defensive end George Karlaftis (thumb), who was limited on Wednesday and Thursday. Both players were upgraded to full participants on Friday. Barring any setbacks, they will play on Sunday.
- All of the other Kansas City players shown on Friday’s report will be good to go against the Broncos.
