The Indianapolis Colts officially signed six members of their 2026 NFL Draft class and 12 undrafted free agents ahead of rookie minicamp.
The six draft picks who signed are linebacker CJ Allen, safety A.J. Haulcy, defensive end George Gumbs Jr., defensive end Caden Curry, running back Seth McGowan and wide receiver Deion Burks.
Two draft picks remain unsigned for now: fourth-round guard Jalen Farmer and fourth-round linebacker Bryce Boettcher. That isn’t necessarily a major concern at this stage, as
rookie contracts are typically slotted and these signings often get finalized around rookie minicamp and offseason workouts.
Allen was selected in the second round with the 53rd overall pick out of Georgia. He played in 41 career games with 30 starts and totaled 205 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, 11 passes defended, one interception, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. In 2025, Allen earned First Team All-America and First Team All-SEC honors after recording 88 tackles, eight tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.
Haulcy, the Colts’ third-round pick at No. 78 overall, arrives after a productive college career at LSU, Houston and New Mexico. He appeared in 48 career games with 44 starts and finished with 347 tackles, 19 passes defended, 10 interceptions and four forced fumbles. In his final college season at LSU, Haulcy was named First Team All-SEC.
Gumbs Jr. was selected in the fifth round at No. 156 overall. He played at Florida and Northern Illinois, seeing time at both defensive end and tight end during his college career. Defensively, he finished with 99 tackles, 21.5 tackles for loss, 11.5 sacks, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
Curry, a sixth-round pick out of Ohio State, was taken 214th overall. The Greenwood, Indiana native played in 55 career games and totaled 107 tackles, 24 tackles for loss, 14.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, one blocked kick and one blocked punt. In 2025, he posted 11 sacks and earned Second Team All-Big Ten honors.
McGowan was selected in the seventh round at No. 237 overall. Across stops at Kentucky, New Mexico State, Butler Community College and Oklahoma, he rushed for 2,043 yards and 22 touchdowns while adding 60 receptions for 708 yards and four scores.
Burks, the Colts’ final pick at No. 254 overall, played at Oklahoma and Purdue. He finished his college career with 151 receptions for 1,669 yards and 14 touchdowns. In 2025, he started 13 games and caught 57 passes for 620 yards and four touchdowns.
The Colts also signed 12 undrafted free agents: defensive tackle Cam Ball, safety Austin Brown, linebacker Tahj Chambers, wide receiver Sahmir Hagans, wide receiver E.J. Horton Jr., defensive end Mitchell Melton, running back Lincoln Pare, tackle Nolan Rucci, wide receiver Raylen Sharpe, center Geno VanDeMark, running back Jordon Vaughn and linebacker West Weeks.
With most of the signings complete, the Colts will now get their rookie class on the field for minicamp as the evaluation process begins.
