Darren Till left Misfits Boxing to try his hand at bare knuckle fighting in BKFC.
But even though Till is no longer a part of the active roster, “The Gorilla” was still planning to attend the Eddie Hall vs. Tommy Fury-led boxing event on June 13 in Manchester to support Matt Floyd, who battles Anthony Taylor for the Misfits light heavyweight championship in this weekend’s co-main event.
It appears Till is no longer welcome.
“Just been informed that I am not allowed to attend the Misfits Boxing event
on Saturday,” Till wrote on X. “I’ve never heard or seen anything so fucking ridiculous in my life. Apparently John Fury has it in a contract from July that any event Tommy Fury is a part of, I am not allowed to be at. Gang of shithouses, if you ever wanted proof.”
Till was supposed to box Tommy Fury in early 2025; however, Fury pulled out of the event after “The Gorilla” threatened to go off script and attack “TNT” with MMA moves. In addition, Till and John Fury had a knock-down, drag-out brawl at the pre-fight press conference prior to the cancelation.
“I’ve got Matt Floyd fighting on the event who I was going to support and Luke Nevin,” Till added. “By the way I’m still turning up on a random ticket with a cap and glasses on so we’ll see. You gang of cowards. Cowards the fucking lot of yous. Proper shitty bums. Fart bags. See use all there in the stands with my ticket and my disguise.”
Maybe he can borrow this “insane” disguise Jake Paul used to sneak into UFC.
