On Monday afternoon, the ACC announced kick times and TV coverage for games played November 29th.
And for your Hurricanes, coming off a trip to Blacksburg to play the Virginia Tech Hokies, that means the regular
season finale bi-annual pilgrimage to Pittsburgh. But when exactly will that game be played? We’ll find out late Saturday or Sunday.
A quick reminder: conferences can invoke the 6-day hold provision to delay their decision on game times and TV coverage to ensure the best games get the best slots for visibility. Miami has been the subject of 6 day holds in the past, and just once this season ahead of the week 10 game at SMU.
Previously, Miami was the subject of a 6-day hold before the Virginia Tech game (yanno, the game that’s coming up this weekend).
So, we’ll have to wait until after this week’s Virginia Tech game (and likely many others later) to know when next week’s regular season finale at Pitt will be played. No problem. We’ll focus on the game in front of us and worry about the rest later.
