City Council is meeting this morning to vote on a term sheet that outlines proposed asks by the City of Portland of the Portland Trail Blazers in a final Moda Center lease.
Portland City Council President Jamie Dunphy called this term sheet “first offer to our negotiating partners.” Councilors will vote today on whether to approve the term sheet.
