The future of Ferran Torres is very much up in the air as Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are set for talks on a potential transfer for the Spanish striker, according to Matteo Moretto of MARCA.
The reigning two-time Champions League winners are going “all out” for Ferran according to the report, and have already established a basic agreement on contract terms with the player.
Up next is the club-to-club negotiations, with PSG hoping to avoid paying a big fee for a player with only a year left on his
deal who is open to joining the French champions.
The report says Ferran feels undervalued at Barça and thinks PSG is the right place for his next chapter after scoring the World Cup winning goal for Spain this summer.
A resolution on the deal could come as soon as next week if the talks between the clubs progress fast, and Ferran’s departure looks more and more likely.
